The new law firm will be named Vincere, LLP
Albertson & Davidson, LLP, a California trust and estate litigation law firm, is pleased to announce its merger with Trust Law Partners, LLP, a Pasadena firm that focuses on similar areas of trust and probate law.
The new law firm will be known as Vincere, LLP. Vincere is a Latin word for “to conquer.” It echoes the “Stand. Fight. Win.” motto of Albertson & Davidson, LLP, and it emphasizes the determination of the attorneys in the combined firm to provide aggressive legal representation for clients who are fighting for their inheritance.
When the partners of Albertson & Davidson, LLP, and Trust Law Partners, LLP, met, they immediately realized they had common values as estate, trust, and probate trial attorneys.

The combined firm will have deeper resources to focus on complex litigation related to trusts, estates, California probate, and the transfer of wealth.
The partners in the new firm are Keith Davidson, Stewart Albertson, Mark L. Russakow, Jeff Hall, Lisa Tan, and Greg Aslanian. The firm will have law offices in the counties of San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, Santa Barbara, and San Mateo.
